Mike: Currently travelling up a single track road in the middle of nowhere. Heading towards the tourist hot-spot of Tongue in north Scotland
Mike: Have rolled in to Inverness in time for a late lunch. Two more days of cycling to go!

Mike: Just completed 102 miles amongst some spectacular scenary. We rolled in to Fort William after averaging a blistering 14.5 mph...

John: Glorious sunshine for all 107 miles up to dumfries. We're expecting invitations to team astana after our 13mph average!
Mike: Have stopped in Carlisle to eat John's Mum's pasta. Next stop Scotland! Hopefully before the rain
Mike: Having sailed through Manchester & Bury we're now heading towards more hills...
John: Just peeled my ass off the saddle in congleton. Horrible day's cycling into fairly strong head winds. Glad it's over.
Mike: Here we go again. Today we tackle Redditch, Birmingham, Walsall & Stoke. Fun...
John: Sitting in the sun with a cider outside our pub b+b in inkberrow. Shame it wasn't sunny in tewkesbury!
John: Sheltering from the latest rain shower a few miles before tewksbury. Not in any great hurry - we're making good time.
Mike: Have just rolled over the suspension bridge & in to Bristol. Only 9 days to go now!
Mike: In the Congo now. Very wet...
Mike: Having somewhat optimistically put some sun block on I'm now putting my wet shoes on and getting ready for day 3. Bristol here we come.
Mike: Day 2 is over! Very wet & hilly. Hopefully the rain will ease off before tomorrow...
